I have been using the PowerPlate at Total Body Conditioning since January 2009 and I think it is a wonderful way of exercising.

I was very unfit and overweight and started to use the PowerPlate as part of a controlled diet and fitness programme.

My weight limits the use of the cardio machines in the gym so I am concentrating on using weights and the Powerplate to increase my fitness.

I am now using muscles that I have not used for a long time, but this sometime causes muscle pain so, before and after exercising I am using the PowerPlate to massage those muscles and this helps considerably, not only with my exercises but also with general movement throughout the day.

I have lost a lot of weight and with the help of Chloe and the PowerPlate I am fitter and more able to get about.
